FAIRNESS FIGHT: The International Olympic Committee announcing a groundbreaking change to protect female athletes and women’s sports as a whole — a ban on biological males competing in women’s events.

The new policy, which will go into effect for the 2028 Olympics hosted in Los Angeles, also uses genetic testing to verify the biological sex of all competitors in the women’s sections.
