JUSTIN:‘Incarcerate Him’: Mother of Hunter Biden’s Child Urges Judge to Enforce Support Order.
The mother of Hunter Biden’s 7-year-old daughter has asked an Arkansas judge to take the extraordinary step of jailing the former first son, accusing him of failing to comply with a court-ordered child support agreement.
In a new court filing, the child’s mother argues that Hunter Biden has not met his legal and financial obligations under the existing support arrangement, despite previous rulings that established his paternity and set payment terms.
The filing asks the court to hold Biden in contempt, a move that could carry penalties ranging from fines to possible incarceration if the judge determines that the violation was willful.
The case stems from a long-running and highly publicized legal dispute over child support and parental responsibility.
After initially contesting paternity, Hunter Biden was confirmed through DNA testing to be the child’s father. An Arkansas court later ordered him to provide financial support, taking into account his income and assets.
According to the latest motion, the child’s mother claims Biden has failed to fully honor that agreement, placing an unfair financial burden on her and undermining the child’s well-being.
The filing contends that repeated delays and alleged noncompliance leave the court with little choice but to impose stronger enforcement measures.
Hunter Biden’s legal team has not publicly responded to the most recent request for incarceration.
In past proceedings, his attorneys have argued that fluctuations in income, legal expenses, and other financial pressures have affected his ability to meet payment demands, while maintaining that he remains committed to supporting his child.
The judge overseeing the case will now decide whether Biden is in contempt of court and, if so, what sanctions are appropriate.
Legal experts note that jailing a parent for child support violations is typically a last resort, used when other enforcement options fail and when nonpayment is deemed intentional.
Beyond the courtroom, the case continues to draw national attention because of Hunter Biden’s family ties and ongoing legal challenges in other jurisdictions.
For the Arkansas court, however, the issue is narrowly focused: whether a child support order has been violated, and how best to ensure compliance in the interest of the child.
