Iga Świątek (1. WTA) ma za sobą pierwszy mecz w tegorocznym US Open. Obrończyni tytułu sprzed roku w zaledwie 58 minut odprawiła Rebeccę Peterson (86. WTA) 6:0, 6:1. “Cieszy wysoka forma naszej tenisistki od początku turnieju w Nowym Jorku. Poza jednym trudniejszym momentem na początku drugiej partii Iga Świątek kontrolowała przebieg spotkania.
