Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been pictured showing plenty of affection towards each other as they send a key message, said a body language expert.
The Sussexes are on a four-day trip to Colombia and as they visited the Centro Nacional de las Artes Delia Zapata they appeared to be unable to keep away from each other.
At one moment Meghan appeared to rest herself on her husband’s chest, as the duke planted a kiss on the top of her head. Meghan also placed her hand on her husband’s knee on another occasion as she affectionately laughed with him during a sit-down chat.
And body language expert, Judi James, says that it appears as though the Sussexes want to share with the world their love for each other. “Harry and Meghan do seem to have another narrative they want to share with the world on this trip which is their love for each other,” she said.
“Their tactile displays have been a signature look in the past but here they do seem to want to nail the message in a very emphatic and definitive way.” Ms James further explained their body language to each other: “Meghan is using a lot of non-verbal ‘strokes’ to prove to Harry that, although she seems to be the lead, he has her attention, admiration and even adoration,” she told the Express.
“She face-gazes, she places a hand on his knee, she uses flirtatious eye-connects and she looks at him as she laughs as though encouraging him to do the same.” The expert also revealed that the couple have their own “love swoon ritual” as the duke appears “on message” with his wife’s “romantic signalling
