How Travis Kelce’s Podcast Helped Spark His Relationship With Taylor Swift
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s relationship may have started with a podcast—and a bold move.
The pop superstar recently revealed that her boyfriend used New Heights, the podcast co-hosted by Travis and his brother Jason Kelce, as his “personal dating app” back in 2023. On the show, Travis publicly recounted how he attempted to meet Taylor backstage during her Eras Tour, only to be denied a meet-and-greet.
Calling the moment a “wild romantic gesture,” Swift humorously recalled, “He threw a tantrum. He threw a man-tantrum. … This dude didn’t get a meet-and-greet, and he’s making it everyone’s problem. That’s what I thought at first.”
Despite her initial reaction, Swift admits the unconventional approach eventually won her over.
“It was wild, but it worked,” she added. “I’m glad it worked. I’m just circling back to New Heights to say thank you for this.”
